Continuous Improvement Specialist Position
Location: Lancaster
Estimated Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team in Lancaster. As a key member of our Quality team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring product quality.
About the Job:
- You will lead the development and implementation of quality strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Implement effective quality control processes and monitor production to resolve quality issues.
- Manage Quality Assurance and Environmental Management Systems, ensuring ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the Quality team and providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to enhance performance.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to create a collaborative environment, fostering a culture of quality and compliance.
- Analyzing quality data to drive insights and refining local quality strategies.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a quality and compliance role, and 2 years in people management.
- Proven experience in implementing quality control processes, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret quality data and inform decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
