The role of a Civil Infrastructure Specialist at Carrington West involves working within an established team across five offices, including Graduate Engineers, Engineering Technicians, Project Engineers, Chartered Engineers, and Directors. The team is responsible for delivering high-quality projects to clients while continuously developing their skillsets to meet the needs of our clients and business goals.

The ideal candidate will be based in Lancaster but will work closely with other members of the Civils team based in each office, sharing work and collaborating through weekly meetings on Teams. Each engineer has several projects and clients that need managing at any one time, prioritizing quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

About the successful candidate: they will be required to apply best practices within the office and assist the Directors in improving design services and operational efficiency. This individual must be self-motivated, driven by challenges, and continually learning new skills while having experience working within a team and confident communication in a consultation environment.

Essential experience includes workplace experience within Highways or Drainage design, proficient use of AutoCAD, Site3D, and Causeway Flow or equivalent design software, as well as strong problem-solving skills.

We offer a competitive salary range between £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
