Web Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Web Development Specialist to join our team at UKCEH. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of front-end development, including UI/UX design, JavaScript frameworks, and responsive design principles.
About the RoleThis is a key position within our Environmental Data Science group, responsible for developing digital research infrastructure that supports our environmental science.
The successful candidate will work closely with designers to create user-friendly interfaces and collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to develop scalable, robust, and interoperable solutions.
You will be part of an expanding multidisciplinary team adopting common software architectural principles and helping to develop cloud-based and hybrid solutions using agile development methodologies.
