Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Lancaster

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

CV Library is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to develop and implement quality strategies, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure product quality.

  1. Develop a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with organisational objectives.
  2. Implement effective quality control processes and monitor production to resolve quality issues.
  3. Manage Quality Assurance and Environmental Management Systems, ensuring ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification.
  4. Lead and develop the Quality team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to enhance performance.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to create a collaborative and trusting environment, fostering a culture of quality and compliance.
  6. Analyse quality data to drive insights and refine local quality strategies.

Requirements:

  1. 5 years of experience in a quality and compliance role, and 2 years in people management.
  2. Proven experience in implementing quality control processes, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  3. Strong analytical skills to interpret quality data and inform decision-making.
  4. Excellent leadership and project management skills.
