Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in the plastic injection molding industry. This role requires strong leadership abilities along with practical experience in quality control methodologies specific to plastic injection molding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the quality of production processes, products, and services.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols tailored to the plastic injection molding processes.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role within the plastic injection molding industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques, particularly as they apply to plastic injection molding manufacturing processes.
