* Develop and manage a separate Fleet Matrix and support terms for vans.
* Build relationships with major fleets and key customers and operators in the van market.
* Work with Kia UK Dealer Development and other departments to set up standards and processes required for effective operation.
* Act as the Kia UK Fleet/Sales expert on all aspects of the van market and sales.
**Requirements:**
* Knowledge of the UK Commercial Vehicle Market.
* Understanding of business finance packages.
