Job Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key link between our company and corporate sponsors, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and maximising return on investment. You will manage relationships with existing clients, identify new sponsorship opportunities, and work closely with the marketing team and event organisers to deliver high-standard partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with current sponsors and ensure their needs are met.
  • Event coordination: Collaborate with event organisers to bring corporates' ideas to life.
  • Market research: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging opportunities in the running event space.
Key Skills:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and be a fast learner. They will work well as part of a team and be able to use initiative when needed.

Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills.
Salary and Benefits

£27,000 per annum. This includes a comprehensive benefits package including generous holiday allowance and pension scheme.
