Job Description

Role Overview:
Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Coordinator to provide essential support to young parents in our Young Parent Supported Housing Scheme. As a key member of our Care and Support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to our clients, ensuring their well-being and independence.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide individualised support to young parents, addressing their specific needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective support plans, promoting the independence and self-sufficiency of our clients.
  • Contribute to the development and review of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data quality and integrity.


Requirements:


  • Relevant qualifications and experience in social care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work arrangements.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies, with the ability to apply this in practice.
