Daily Care Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Daily Care Coordinator to join our team at UKCIL Ltd. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a real difference in the life of a young boy with autism.

About the Role

As a Daily Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support and care to a 13-year-old boy with autism. This will include assisting with personal hygiene and self-care tasks, maintaining constant supervision, and pursuing activities that bring joy to the child.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the individual with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  2. Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the child, promoting emotional well-being and social skills.
  3. Work collaboratively with the child's parents to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children or adults with autism.
  • A valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • DBS clearance and ability to obtain enhanced disclosure.
Working Hours

The successful candidate will need to be flexible and available to work varied shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays. We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around £24,960 based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks per year. This figure may vary depending on factors such as qualifications and experience.
