Job Title: Senior Care Assistant

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with our Registered Nurses and Care Managers to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

">

- Lead a team of Care Assistants to maintain the highest standards of care and promote a culture of kindness and compassion.

">

- Provide accurate records of job activities and build strong relationships with colleagues and residents.

">

- Work collaboratively with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to develop and implement individualized care plans.

">

- Administer medication and provide essential physical and mental stimulation through various social and recreational activities.

">

Requirements:

">

- Completed Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care or equivalent.

">

- Willingness to work towards Level 3 qualification in Adult Care.

">

- Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.

">

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

">

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
