Senior Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Senior Care Assistant to support a senior disabled gentleman in the UK.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will provide personal care, including showering and assistance with daily living tasks. You will also perform household chores, such as ironing and changing bedding, assist with meal preparation and supervision while eating, and accompany the client on shopping trips.

- Accompany the client on shopping trips.
- Reliable and trustworthy individual with a good sense of humour.
- Basic first aid training or willingness to complete before starting the job.
- Driving licence with access to a vehicle.
- DBS check (costs covered by employer).
The successful candidate will work 16 hours and 45 minutes per week over six days. The day off is negotiable.
Hours will include:
- 8am for 30 minutes (three times a week)
- 2pm for 30 minutes
- 5pm for 30 minutes
- Evening for 30 minutes
The remaining two hours are flexible and will be discussed at interview.
Salary and BenefitsThe hourly rate is £12.00, making this a competitive opportunity. Based on 16 hours and 45 minutes per week, your estimated weekly pay would be approximately £203.40, or £10,579.20 per annum.
