Care Assistant

The ideal candidate will be a caring and supportive individual who is passionate about providing excellent care to our residents. As a Night Care Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met during the night shift.
Responsibilities- Respect and Dignity: Treat each resident with respect, kindness, and dignity at all times.
- Person-Centred Support: Provide support to residents to enable them to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their well-being.
- Care Planning: Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centred care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
- Promoting Independence: Assist residents with personal care tasks such as feeding, toileting, and bathing, while promoting their independence and autonomy.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each resident's care plan and progress.
- Care: Providing high-quality, person-centred care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
- Compassion: Showing empathy and understanding towards residents and their families.
- Courage: Being brave and proactive in addressing the needs of residents.
- Communication: Effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Commitment: Demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering excellent care and supporting the well-being of residents.
- Competence: Working effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care.
- Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
