About Our Team:

We are looking for a patient experience representative to join our team. As a key influencer, you will participate in exciting campaigns promoting our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Representing our company as the public face of OC24
  • Maintaining a positive image through actions and behavior
  • Utilizing word-of-mouth marketing to generate brand awareness
  • Understanding our company vision, mission, goals, and services to represent us at events
  • Nurturing a progressive attitude toward the profession by networking with other health professionals
  • Creating awareness for OC24 through interactions with other care sector customers
  • Engaging with prospective and existing candidates in a professional and friendly manner
  • Working alongside the manager to deliver monthly campaigns promoting our services
  • Supporting OC24 by creating and uploading content that encourages public interaction on social media
  • Providing ongoing feedback about your activities

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + Monthly Bonus. We offer Direct Employment by OC24 – PAYE. Excellent communication and written English skills are required. Additionally, good interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively across departments, clients, and candidates are necessary. Willingness to travel to multiple locations within your geographical area and having access to own vehicle is also a must.
