Job Title: Front Office Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Accor. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House department and ensuring operational excellence for all areas of the hotel.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and Motivate the Front Office Team: You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and coaching the front office team to ensure the hotel standards are delivered to meet customer satisfaction and audit targets.
- Duty Management Shifts: You will be required to manage duty shifts and ensure that the front office team is adequately staffed and trained to handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Exceed Departmental Targets: You will be responsible for exceeding departmental targets and identifying new opportunities to increase profit contributions and cost control.
- Recruiting and Training: You will be responsible for recruiting and training new staff to ensure that the front office team is equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Guest Enquiries and Complaints: You will be responsible for dealing with guest enquiries and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: You will need to have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in Front Office.
- Guest Obsessed: You will need to be guest obsessed and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Outgoing Personality: You will need to have an outgoing personality and be service-minded.
- Communication Skills: You will need to have impeccable communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
