About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Director to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability across our hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Commercial Strategy

Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies to drive revenue across all hotel departments, including Rooms, Conference & Events, and Food & Beverage.

Sales and Marketing

Manage sales and marketing efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including developing and executing sales strategies at an individual property level.

Talent Management

Lead recruitment, mentorship, and retention of a large and diverse team, focusing on team development and career growth.

Competitor Analysis

Stay informed on competitor activity and industry changes to identify revenue opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Collaboration and Leadership

Work closely with Accor Commercial Leaders to establish optimal business mix, review and validate revenue forecasts to improve accuracy, and develop strategies for different demand periods.

Requirements

  1. Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior hotel sales capacity, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.

Skills

Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship, and networking skills with all parties, including a strong understanding of branding and positioning of Hotels within the market.

Education

Relevant degree in a field such as hospitality, business, or marketing.
