About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Park Plaza. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations and achieve commercial goals.
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize housekeeping performance and minimize costs.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters employee engagement and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and management principles, including budgeting and financial management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
