Job Summary:

The Royal Automobile Club Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the Executive Head Housekeeper to manage the department and ensure the highest level of standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Manage budgets and costs to ensure optimal resource allocation and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in a similar environment.
  • Strong budgeting and cost control skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including COSHH.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
