About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Park Plaza. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Perform Head of Department duties for Housekeeping, ensuring we meet guests' expectations and our high standards for cleanliness.
    • Manage a team of over 100 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Have a strong housekeeping background from 300+ rooms properties and large Public Areas.
    • Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Guest Focus
    • Build a guest-focused culture within Housekeeping where every member of the team should feel they can make a contribution to guest satisfaction.
    • Work closely with leaders in other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
  • Business Acumen
    • Have experience in CAPEX and CPOR/HSK P&L accountability.
    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and cost control.
  • People Development
    • Develop internal talent and drive team engagement through effective leadership and coaching.
    • Provide training and development opportunities to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
