Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our guest services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet guests, assist with enquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Create personalized guest itineraries and ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience
  • Look after VIPs and top corporate guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Maximize revenue and customer satisfaction through efficient sales, administration, and commitment to training
  • Promote all food and beverage outlets and guest experience packages

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Guest Services Manager in a luxury hotel environment
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
