About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Accor's London Support Office. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing the marketing and multi-channel strategy for our brands portfolio, ensuring the operational monitoring of projects, and defining marketing plans to maximize brand equity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote a clear and differentiating image of our brands, reinforcing their awareness and attractiveness.
  • Implement a brand-specific customer experience to support our positioning, strengthen our competitive advantage, and generate value for all stakeholders.
  • Define and ensure the operational standards of our brands, adapting global marketing elements to the local environment by integrating cross-functional projects (CSR, loyalty, F&B, etc.).
  • Monitor KPIs to measure the impact of our actions (customer satisfaction, ROI, notoriety, market share, etc.).
  • Manage the marketing budget for our brands and countries.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, marketing management, or commercial strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to integrate with our team.
  • Ability to work as part of our ENA marketing and guest experience segment organization.
  • Experience in developing marketing action plans and creating original and attractive promotional materials.
  • Additional languages such as French and/or German are a plus.
