Job Title: Brand and Events Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand and Events Planner to join our team at Diageo España SA. As a key member of our brand team, you will be responsible for bringing our brand to life through experiences in the fine wine and rare whisky world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive events calendar for London, Edinburgh, and Hong Kong, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate events, manage logistics, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with growers, wine producers, and other industry stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Design and implement effective PR and partnership strategies to generate buzz and drive brand awareness.
  • Manage experiential budgets, track expenses, and optimize ROI to ensure maximum impact.
  • Develop and implement robust measurement and evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness of our communications and activations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in events, hospitality, or PR, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality experiences.
  • Deep knowledge of wine, with a minimum WSET level 3 certification.
  • Good understanding of the spirits industry, with a focus on whisky.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel frequently, including evenings and weekends as required.
