Job Title: Night Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our team at Mama Shelter London. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during night hours, adhering to all company and Accor policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the night shift
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Provide knowledge of London and its hotspots to guests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date hotel records
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest requests and complaints
- Support the reception team with check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries during the night
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the hotel runs smoothly
- Experience within the Accor brand is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided
- Able to work 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Night Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
