Job Summary

The Hotel Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of The Savoy, a luxury hotel managed by Accor. This senior hospitality leader will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring a consistently high level of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team of hotel staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Finance and Business Services to optimize financial performance and control costs.
  • Ensure compliance with Accor's quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback and satisfaction trends, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, corporate partners, and local community leaders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in hotel operations.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in hotel operations, preferably in a senior leadership role within a luxury hotel brand.
  • University degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business administration.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
