Freight Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Freight Sales Representative to join our team at Red Recruit, specialising in freight and shipping. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
About the RoleAs a Removals Sales Surveyor, you will engage with potential customers, assess their relocation needs, and provide accurate quotations to convert inquiries into successful business.
- Handle new inquiries from web portals, discussing customers' requirements.
- Survey face-to-face or virtually and prepare precise proposals for moves.
- Request competitive rates and deliver tailored quotations to customers.
- Follow up with customers to maximise conversion rates and secure new business.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Removals Sales Surveyor.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate quotes.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and close sales.
The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive package that includes a base salary, performance-related bonuses, and opportunities for career growth and development.
