**Job Role:**

This Business Development Manager position is a critical role within our Road Freight division, requiring a highly motivated and results-driven individual to expand our presence in the South East of England. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the freight industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to increase revenue and market share.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify cross-selling opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the commercial/customer solutions department and hub management to align business objectives and drive growth.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and marketing within the freight industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and objectives.
