As a Business Development Manager at Freight Personnel, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business in the South East of England. With a strong background in the freight industry, you will be responsible for promoting and developing our services within a defined region.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase revenue and grow the business.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify new business opportunities.
  3. Manage customer quotations and customer tariff, ensuring that all sales activities are recorded accurately in our CRM system.
  4. Achieve given targets as directed by management, while ensuring company compliance in all areas.

What You Will Need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience within the freight industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as time management and Microsoft Office skills.

What We Offer:

Salary: £48,000-58,000
