Freight Sales Professional

As a Business Development Manager at Freight Personnel, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business in the South East of England. With a strong background in the freight industry, you will be responsible for promoting and developing our services within a defined region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase revenue and grow the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify new business opportunities.
- Manage customer quotations and customer tariff, ensuring that all sales activities are recorded accurately in our CRM system.
- Achieve given targets as directed by management, while ensuring company compliance in all areas.
What You Will Need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience within the freight industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as time management and Microsoft Office skills.
What We Offer:
Salary: £48,000-58,000
