The Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of our marketing team. This role will give the successful candidate valuable experience working with a leading company in the film, TV, and advertising industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including calendar management, expenses, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier liaison.
  • Plan and manage events, including tracking attendees, coordinating with speakers, and arranging technical and hospitality arrangements.
  • Assist in creating content for internal and external channels, including the company website.
  • Support the submission process for awards entries.
  • Collaborate on materials to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, such as posters and mailers.
  • Help with project management and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • A highly organized approach and attention to detail.
  • Significant experience in providing administrative support.
  • Experience in dealing with suppliers.
  • Proficiency in using MailChimp and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
