TPS Sales Leadership Role

As a seasoned sales professional, you have the opportunity to join TPS as a Sales Manager and take on a leadership role within our organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and motivate the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering strong relationships with new and existing customers.
We are seeking an experienced sales leader who can drive business growth, develop high-performing teams, and provide exceptional customer service. If you have a proven track record in sales team management, a passion for delivering results, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Parts Sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
- Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Motivate and coach the sales team to improve performance
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
