Job Title: TPS Sales Manager

TPS provides high-quality Genuine Parts and products to enable independent garages and bodyshops to service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles effectively.

About TPS:

Nationally launched in 2006 as a new brand concept, TPS operates on an Agency Model, where Centres stock and sell on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Continually monitor sales performance against set KPIs and take corrective action to ensure targets are met.
  3. Plan and implement promotional activities with the Centre Manager to meet sales targets.
  4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide developmental or corrective support as needed.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of Sales Team management experience in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team of Parts Sales Executives.
  • High degree of IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Sales focus and passion for the automotive industry or providing excellent customer service.

£70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
