Parts Sales Team Lead

About TPS:Nationally launched in 2006 as a new brand concept, TPS operates on an Agency Model, where Centres stock and sell on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Continually monitor sales performance against set KPIs and take corrective action to ensure targets are met.
- Plan and implement promotional activities with the Centre Manager to meet sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide developmental or corrective support as needed.
- A proven track record of Sales Team management experience in a B2B environment.
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team of Parts Sales Executives.
- High degree of IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
- Sales focus and passion for the automotive industry or providing excellent customer service.

Estimated Salary:£70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
