Job Title: Sales and Team Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Team Lead to join our team at The Boots Company PLC. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to lead a team of skincare advisors and drive sales growth through effective management and leadership.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams, achieving sales targets, and creating business plans to drive in-store promotions and offers. They will also be an ambassador for the Liz Earle brand and work closely with the team to inspire performance and nurture development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of skincare advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Creating business plans to drive in-store promotions and offers, and reviewing individual and team performance.
  • Motivating staff through coaching and sharing constructive feedback to ensure high levels of performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Sales target achievement through effective management of the sales floor and stock levels.
  • Representing the Liz Earle brand as an ambassador and promoting the brand's values and mission.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
