Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Team Lead to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. This role involves leading a sales team at our Audi store in Tunbridge Wells, overseeing new and used vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Sales Executives and Transaction Managers.
  • Motivate the team to achieve weekly sales targets on vehicles, finance, and insurance products.
  • Liaise with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email, dealing with customer complaints efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a sales manager within the automotive industry with main dealership experience.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve quality and quantity goals.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 per year, plus a bonus scheme and benefits package including a company car and pension.
