Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join our team at TPS. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Parts Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will work closely with the Centre Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire their team to deliver results. They will also be knowledgeable about the automotive industry and have a passion for providing great customer service experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of Parts Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business
  • Monitor and report on sales performance using key metrics and benchmarks

Requirements:

To be successful as a Sales Manager at TPS, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales management
  • An in-depth knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and generous annual leave entitlement.
