We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at TPS. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. They should also be familiar with Volkswagen Group vehicles and have a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven sales management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Volkswagen Group vehicles and the automotive industry.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
