Senior Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth across the UK. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and building strong relationships with our network of independent garages and bodyshops.
About TPS:
TPS provides high-quality Genuine Parts and products to independent garages and bodyshops, ensuring they can service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. As a national network of TPS Centres, we have a strong presence across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and grow market share.
Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets.
Build strong relationships with our network partners to increase sales and drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven sales management experience in a similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
