Italian Speaking Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking an Italian speaking Sales Executive to join our team at French Selection UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Event Manager and Exhibition Director to develop and implement a successful sales marketing plan.
- Identify and generate sales leads, following up on opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Optimize personal revenue pipelines to maximize new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement the company's business plan to increase revenue.
- Manage key customer accounts and cultivate strong working relationships.
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and report on the department's performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement successful plans to support the sales process.
- Participate in international events when necessary.
Requirements:
- Fluent Italian (spoken and written).
- Experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- A desire to succeed within a dynamic events environment.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and articulate.
- Driven, motivated, and prepared to maximize the opportunity.
