Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account management roadmaps for strategic clients
- Develop information, ideas, and research to drive sales and marketing initiatives
- Accurately forecast sales and growth based on business opportunities
- Develop effective working relationships with local authorities, multi-academy trusts, schools, and local alternative provision centers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the alternative provision sector
- Support and drive the local authority tender submission process
- Present regular performance data to the B2B team and line manager
Requirements:
- Graduate with proven business development experience in the public sector
- Experience of the education marketplace is desirable
- Ability to develop strategic accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Strong commercial awareness and results orientation
- Demonstrable success in identifying, nurturing, and converting business leads
- Proven experience of developing successful relationships within local authorities
