Mid-Market Acquisition Executive

Alan Mitchell is seeking a highly skilled Mid-Market Acquisition Executive to join our Infrastructure Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and structuring transactions.
Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in M&A or Project Finance, or from a modeling team
- Exceptional M&A skills developed in either a product or sector team
- Proven deal execution experience with excellent client presentation skills
- Excellent quantitative skills with highly developed financial modeling abilities
$90,000 - $120,000 per annum (estimated salary range)
