About This RoleThis Hospitality Manager opportunity is based on a Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week schedule, offering a competitive annual salary of £27,000.00.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing functions including planning, menus and costing, maintaining strict budgetary control, leading and developing a team of direct reports, and acting as duty manager 'on call'.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge of working in a management role within the soft FM service industry
- People management skills including general HR skills in recruitment, training and managing colleague performance
- Management knowledge of health & safety and food safety
- Able to demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Soft FM specific technical skills including contract catering, hospitality, retail and cleaning knowledge and skills
