CloudPay is looking for a strategic sales leader to drive revenue growth and transform its global mid-market team. This role requires a deep understanding of the payroll and HR technology landscape, as well as proven experience in exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with CloudPay's Go to Market strategy and business objectives.
  • Lead a small global team and foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Drive revenue growth by managing the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, customer success, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional knowledge and experience in selling within the HCM/HRIS and Global Payroll managed services space.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire a diverse and remote sales team.
  • Direct experience working with large multinational/enterprise clients, selling into C-suite.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to and usage of at least one recognized Sales Methodology, preferably MEDDPICC or similar.

Package:

  • $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
