Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum

We are seeking a talented Area Head to lead our commercial performance across the UK and Ireland. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.

About the role

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with global teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation of process improvements and best practices to enhance store operations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback systems to drive continuous service improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.

About you

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a commercial leadership role in luxury goods/jewellery/fashion.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
