This Sales Assistant role offers an exciting opportunity to join The Dune Group's buying and merchandising team in the UK.
You will play a vital role in supporting the Outlets Buying and Merchandising team, performing various administration tasks, managing orders, samples, and intake, promoting new collections, and maintaining commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities:- Daily Administration Tasks
- Maximise sales potential by supporting Merchandiser.
- Provide administrative support to Junior Buyer.
- Communicate effectively across departments.
- Order Management
- Liaise with Suppliers to maintain critical path.
- Raise Purchase Orders and ensure accurate communication.
- Sample Management
- Manage samples daily and prepare for meetings.
- Intake Management
- Update delivery schedules.
- Promotions
- Coordinate promotion activities.
- Trading
- Prepare trade packs and sales reports.
- Commercial Awareness
- Stay informed about industry trends.
- Administrative experience in a retail environment.
