Sales Performance Strategist

We are seeking an exceptional Regional Engagement and Enablement Lead to unlock customer potential and drive sales success with Genesys Cloud. As a key member of our sales team, you will develop and execute strategies that empower our sales teams to excel.
A successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in program management, including managing complex initiatives and projects. They will also possess expertise in sales methodologies, analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience working with cloud solutions (SaaS) companies is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to lead multiple projects simultaneously. They will also have strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to build influential relationships with internal stakeholders and partners.
In this role, you will identify sales team and leadership enablement needs, translate them into effective programs, and engage with regional stakeholders to build relationships and pinpoint knowledge gaps. You will also drive strategic partnerships with executive level stakeholders to identify opportunities for enablement and create executive buy-in on initiatives.
Our Regional Engagement and Enablement Lead will be responsible for ensuring the consistent exercise of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to build strong influential relationships with internal collaborators, executive stakeholders, and our direct and indirect field sales organization. They will also participate in team initiatives/projects outside of their role and travel approximately 10% of the time.
**Salary:** $110,000 - $160,000 per year
