We are a market leading Events business with a small, fast-paced division looking for a skilled professional to join our team. As a Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for expanding our division by building strong relationships with professionals, consultants, and solution providers within shared and global business service companies.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of education on our clients' platform and product offering, ensuring subscriptions. They will also generate revenue through their own lead generation, be comfortable providing demos, and possess a strong work ethic.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with sponsorship sales experience. A track record of success in business development selling services or solutions is essential, along with high-level communication and confidence skills. Experience managing and developing pipeline with a hunter mentality is also required.

As a Business Growth Strategist at BMS Performance, you can expect a competitive salary range of £47,000 - £50,000, with an OTE of £70k-£80k. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision health coverage, a 401(k) pension scheme, 25 days holiday + 1 year for every year of service, and hybrid working arrangements with 2-3 days in our open-planned office. Additionally, you will receive a Victoria Privilege Card for discounts at local retailers and restaurants.
