The Opportunity

As a member of our Analytics & Effectiveness team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. You will engage with clients as both a practitioner (attribution, econometrics, experiments projects) and a strategic advisor (investment planning, measurement and optimisation framework, media strategy, test and learn roadmap).

Your primary objective will be to support clients in improving marketing-driven profit growth through design, coordination, and delivery of effective initiatives. You will enjoy variety, autonomy, and senior client exposure, working across a broad range of clients, categories, audiences, project briefs, and methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Manage junior team members and provide guidance on analytics best practices
  • Contribute to the development of new technical products and services
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing effectiveness or analytics roles
  • Expertise in building and communicating complex models to drive incremental growth
  • Excellent data visualization skills and attention to detail
  • Able to teach and be taught, absorbing new knowledge quickly and educating colleagues
  • Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to identify client needs and develop innovative solutions

Salary

£65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience
