Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum


We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing and optimizing our paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive traffic and conversions. As a key member of our marketing team, you will stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid search, testing them and implementing changes as needed to stay ahead of the competition.


Job Description:



  • Oversee and optimize paid search campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid search.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for improvements.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B tests to refine ad copy, bid strategy, and landing page effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • 2+ years applied experience managing Paid Search channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for detailed data analysis.
  • A build-test-iterate mindset: experimental and agile.
  • Additional language skills in Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
