About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join the Pricing & Commercial Performance team at MOO, where you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through optimising marketing performance.

Working closely with the Growth Marketing team, you will develop data-driven recommendations for marketing and media mix, ensuring the right budget levels are allocated across markets. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities for optimisation within individual channels and across the entire marketing ecosystem.

As a key driver of growth and innovation, you will unlock new opportunities by discovering insights, automating processes, and leveraging predictive models. You will use customer data and trends to inform marketing decisions and fuel business growth.

About You

You have a strong track record of working with complex data, deriving insight, and bringing about behavioural change within your existing or prior organisations. You are confident in optimising campaigns, refining audience segmentation, improving budget allocation, and diversifying marketing channels.

You have hands-on experience managing marketing channels, which gives you insight into the complexities of campaign management and the ability to streamline processes effectively. Your expertise with GA4 is crucial, as you have used it to understand cross-channel interactivity and performance.

You are familiar with ESP platforms like Braze and have seen firsthand how they drive acquisition. You are able to paint a picture and tell a story from data in a way that is accessible to all potential stakeholders, including those who may not have a technical grounding.

Priorities and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and optimise marketing performance.
  • Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to develop and implement marketing and media mix recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for optimisation within individual channels and across the entire marketing ecosystem.
  • Unlock new opportunities for growth by discovering insights, automating processes, and leveraging predictive models.
  • Use customer data and trends to inform marketing decisions and fuel business growth.
