Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team at March, a leading provider of critical engineering services in the UK. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across the business, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Relations Management: Provide expert advice and support on employee relations issues, including absence management, disciplinary procedures, grievances, TUPE, and redundancies.
  2. Recruitment Coordination: Support our recruitment team by overseeing and coordinating the onboarding process, ensuring all new starter paperwork, contracts, and offer letters are aligned.
  3. Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including career development plans and feedback processes.
  4. Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and updating of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are in line with current legislation and company objectives.
  5. Training and Development: Work with managers, employees, and our L&D team to identify training needs and support the delivery of development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  6. Compensation and Benefits: Assist with the management of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
