Job Title: Sales and Events Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Events Manager to join our team at AccorHotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business revenue objectives
  • Manage the daily operation of Event Planning to achieve or exceed budget expectations
  • Monitor wages and expenses and make ongoing adjustments as needed to achieve goals
  • Ensure accuracy of Forecast and Pace reports and work to provide excellent critiques for financial expenditure and departmental performance on a monthly basis
  • Carry out local research of potential new local business and maintain records
  • Develop relationships with local clients, direct bookers, and agency bookers to ensure a strong base of new and regular repeat business
  • Promote, manage, and host regular client FAM trips and show rounds
  • Ensure all deadlines are met for all annual MICE RFP requests
  • Proactively manage BOB against Budgeted target and identify need periods and undertake comprehensive program of sales activity to secure new and ad hoc business
  • Supervise the billing, Payment guarantees, Credit Policy, and Deposits

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality sales role
  • Accor experience preferred but not mandatory

Working Conditions:

No remote work. Contract employment type.
