Regional Growth Manager

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Regional Growth Manager to join our team at MyBnk. As a key member of our Programmes and Delivery Directorate, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of our programmes in your designated area, with a focus on sustainable growth.
You will lead an excellent team of delivery staff, working closely with them to implement training, quality, and accreditation processes. You will also have oversight of compliance elements, driving best practices across our estates.
We estimate that the annual salary for this position is £55,000-£70,000 depending on location and experience. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a passion for delivering high-quality programmes that make a real impact in the lives of young people and adults.
