Key Responsibilities:

As a Regional Business Head for Europe, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of our retail business in the European region. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans to drive the growth and expansion of the retail business in the European region.

  • Leadership Role:
  • Lead and manage a team of regional managers and store staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and control budgets, costs, and inventory levels to optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies in all aspects of business operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in new market deployment or sales & marketing leadership roles in Retail industry, preferably within the European Region.
  • Robust strategic thinking and business planning capabilities, capable of formulating and implementing effective growth strategies for omni-channel operations.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other European language.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the aptitude to make data-driven decisions in an omni-channel context.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changes and challenges in a dynamic omni-channel business environment.

The estimated annual salary for this position is €90,000 - €130,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
